Delivery

Minimum Order

We now have a minimum order for goods delivered free of charge on our own transport of £80.00 (nett of VAT). For orders under this value a carriage charge of £12.00 will be applied. However for deliveries by outside carrier the following will be applied:

Parcel Carrier (No Bags)

Post code area IV and PH12 to PH40 have a minimum order of £275.00 or for orders under this value a standard £50.00 charge will be applied. Outside of these areas customers will receive free delivery by parcel carrier if the value is £200.00 or more (NETT of VAT). Under this value a standard charge of £30.00 will be applied. Any special delivery requests such as timed or guaranteed deliveries will be  charged at a standard charge of £45.00 All the above charges are subject to VAT.

Please Note:

Bags of sugar, porridge oats and all liquids cannot be sent via parcel carrier. If your order includes these products, we can send your order via pallet carrier (see minimum) or via parcel carrier but in smaller case sizes (e.g.. 4x3kg).

Pallet Carrier

Minimum Order £340.00 (nett of VAT). For orders under this value a carriage charge of £60.00 for the pallet will be applied.  For timed deliveries the following additional charges (Plus VAT) apply whether the minimum order is £340 or not:

AM delivery (9am – 12noon) – £20

Booked time between 10am-5pm – £30

Saturday up to 2pm £50

Please note that orders must be in by 3pm two days prior to the delivery day (e.g. Monday for Wednesday delivery). We deliver to the following post codes on the following days:
