We offer a variety of packaging options to meet your needs, including hand packing and machine packing.
Hand Packing Service
Shepcote provides hand packing services for food products that need a careful, individual finish. Our team can pack products to your requirements and add finishing touches such as swing tags and bows. We also offer own label packing and can provide a dedicated production area when products or packing materials need to be kept separate.
Machine Packing Service
Our contract food packing service uses multihead weighing and vertical form, fill and seal equipment to pack products into pillow packs or block bottom bags in a range of sizes. We can supply printed bags or labels and help develop pre-printed film for your brand.
Products are packed at our factory with traceability throughout the process. Packed products pass through checkweighing and metal detection systems as part of our quality controls.
We can also arrange the transport of raw materials to our site and the delivery of finished products to one or more destinations.
Pre-Packed Range
Shepcote supplies a range of food ingredients in convenient pre-packed retail sizes, including speciality sugars. Most products are supplied in cases of 12 unless otherwise stated. Starter packs containing a selection from a product range are also available.
Our pre-packed products are packed and labelled at our factory. We can discuss customer requirements for pack weight, packaging and labelling, and provide contract packing for customers supplying their own products.
